    ・同時に抱えるタスクの数を4個までにする。
    それ以上だと効率が落ちる。7個まではかろうじて脳バッファに入るが、それを超えると、内容を覚えていられないので、未着手のまま時間が経ってしまう。

    ・イヤな奴、イヤな発言に当たったら、とりあえずその場を離れて安全なところに避難する。
    その場に居続けても相手のペースにはまるだけで身動きが取れない。離れてから、相手の背景を調べ、対策を考えて、再チャレンジだ。

    ・交渉は、頭ごなしにいくよりも、下からの積み上げで。
    積み上げたものは、その後少々のミスをしても意外と崩れにくい。積み上げる一つ一つのパーツは、難易度が低い。継続する気力が大変なだけ。

    ・どうでもいいタスクは、その日のうちに片付ける。
    よくある書類の提出など、どうでもいいタスクは、締切が2週間先であっても、先にやる。目の前にタスクとしてぶら下がり続けることの方が損失が大きい。消し込んで、サヨウナラ、すっきりする。

    ・おまけ：テクニックを発見するテクニックがある。
    上に上げた4つのテクニック、全て「数字の大小」「両極端のパターン」で実験できた。同時タスク数もどうでもいいタスクの積み上がり具合も、観察すればメタな知識として役立つ。
